Does your credit card statement show "Edelweiss Card DUBAI"?

If you see "Edelweiss Card DUBAI” on your account it means that we have handled your card payment. If you do not recognise the charge or need contact information for the merchant, please contact our customer support.

Does your credit card statement show "Edelweiss Card Pty Ltd"?

If you see "Edelweiss Card PTY Ltd" on your account it means that we have handled your card payment. At the moment, we have a technical issue where both the name of the internet site you bought from and "Edelweiss Card Pty Ltd" shows on your statement. They could be showing as two separate lines on your statement. This does NOT mean that the money has been charged twice. If you wait 3-4 days the "Edelweiss Card Pty Ltd" line on your statement will disappear.
